Basic Hydraulic Dual Circuit Brake System Demonstrator Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : SCL-EELE-13804
This is a comprehensive, fully functional educational
demonstrator designed to provide detailed instruction on the operation,
safety, and component function of a basic hydraulic dual-circuit brake
system from a 1.5cc current automobile. It features a complete system laid
out on a single panel with enhanced visual graphics.
Core System Features and Educational Focus
- Dual-Circuit
Safety: The primary focus is to explain the safety of the
two-circuit braking system (using the Twin Master Cylinder),
demonstrating how hydraulic failure in one circuit does not compromise the
entire system.
- Component
Operation and Transformation: Enables students to observe
the conversion of forces and movement:
- To show
the operation of the hydraulic brake pumps (Twin Master Cylinder).
- To
demonstrate the function of the servo unit (brake booster), aided
by the Vacuum pump.
- To
display the transformation of the brake pedal movement into the
movement of the brake cylinder in both the disc brake
(caliper) and the drum brake at the wheels.
- Brake
Actuator Study:
- To present
the inner part of the drum brake and clearly show the function of
the drum brake shoes and mechanisms.
- To show
the function of the hand brake at the rear wheels, utilizing the Hand
Brake Liver.
- Electrical
Integration: Includes the Brake light and the contact to
activate brake light, powered by a battery, to demonstrate the
electrical safety signal.
System Description and Training Capabilities
- Visual
Clarity: A graphic next to each component on the panel shows
the inner part of each component, and the entire arrangement includes
an additional explanation by both graphic and word.
- Fault
Simulation: A brake down valve can be used to simulate
a system failure (loss of pressure in one circuit), allowing students
to observe the safety function of the dual-circuit design.
- Components
Included: Brake pump (Twin Master Cylinder), servo unit, brake
cylinder, brake disc, drum brake, hand brake, Hand Brake Liver, Brake
Pedal, Brake Light, Hydraulic Fluid Hose wiring and connecting hoses, and
Vacuum pump.
- Construction: All
components are mounted on a single panel, which can be fixed to
the wall for efficient use of space.
- Power:
System powered by a battery.
