Power-Assisted Steering (EPAS) and integrated suspension systems. It

diagnosis, and instruction.
Key System Components and Features
The entire system is displayed on a moveable, robust steel
frame for easy identification and access:
- Steering
System: Includes the steering column, steering wheel,
and the crucial electric power steering rack and ECU. The system is
fully operational, demonstrating the assistance provided by the electric
motor.
- Suspension:
Features integrated suspension components, including the sub-frame,
torsion bar, wishbones, and front hub assembly,
allowing for the demonstration of steering geometry and component
mounting.
- Load
Simulation: Jacks fitted beneath the road wheels
enable the instructor to load the suspension, simulating real-world
driving conditions for component observation.
Advanced Training and Diagnostic Capabilities
The trainer is equipped with specialized features to teach

Insertion: A fault insertion panel allows up to 6
specific faults to be safely inserted into the wiring without damaging
