Flocculation Test Demo Apparatus Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : SCL-CELE-14169
Overview
The Flocculation Test Demonstrator,
commonly known as the Jar Test Apparatus, is a laboratory-scale unit
designed to study coagulation and flocculation processes used in water
and wastewater treatment. This apparatus helps determine the optimum
coagulant dosage, ideal pH, and mixing conditions required
for effective removal of turbidity, color, and suspended impurities from
water.
The trainer features six glass flocculating
vessels, each equipped with stainless steel paddle stirrers driven
by a variable speed motor. The entire assembly is mounted on a translucent
illuminated base, allowing clear visibility of the floc formation process.
A digital speed indicator and timer provide precise control and
repeatability of experiments.
This equipment is essential for students and professionals in environmental
engineering, chemical engineering, and water treatment to understand the
practical aspects of coagulation and flocculation.
