Srs Siemens Iii (AIRBAG) Training Board Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : SCL-EELE-13751
This educational training board simulator is a fully
functional Supplemental Restraint System (SRS), based on Audi/VW OEM
components and featuring the functional BOSCH AB 8.4 (Airbag) system.
It is specifically designed to help technical students understand the
structure, components, operation, and diagnostic procedures of a modern vehicle
safety system. The trainer is installed in a mobile aluminum frame.
Key System Features and Operational Functions
The trainer simulates a complete vehicle SRS system in a safe
and transparent manner:
- Integrated
SRS System: Equipped with a functional SRS BOSCH AB 8.4
(Airbag) system that includes:
- Four
airbags (driver, passenger, side—implied).
- Crash
sensors.
- Mechanism
of the airbag steering wheel module and spiral cable.
- Front
seat belts with igniters and tensioners and rear seat belts.
- Visual
Structure: Cutaway technology is used for the passenger's
side airbag and control unit, allowing students to see the internal
structure of the components.
- Safety
Features: Includes integrated inactive airbag igniters
(after activation), ensuring safety while demonstrating the system's
readiness.
- Dual
Control Units: The board integrates two safety system
control units:
- One
is functional with diagnostic possibilities.
- The
second is a "crashed" unit (after activation, with recorded
crash data), allowing students to practice advanced diagnostics on
deployed systems.
- Circuit
Access: An electric wiring diagram is printed on the
board with built-in banana plug jumpers for measurements and fault
simulation.
Diagnostics and Measurement Capabilities
The board is engineered for hands-on, industry-standard
diagnostics:
- Circuit
Access: Open contacts (banana connectors) allow
measuring electrical signal parameters of each system component
(sensors, igniters, control units) using an Oscilloscope/Multimeter.
- Fault
Simulation: Supports the ability to simulate more than
10 system faults by disconnecting the Banana plug jumpers, providing
essential troubleshooting practice.
- Control
Unit Diagnosis (OBD): Diagnosis is performed through a standard OBD
16-pin diagnostic connector, enabling students to:
- Perform
Electronic Control Unit (ECU) identification.
- Read/erase
fault codes (including those from the "crashed"
unit).
- Display
operating system parameters (live data).
- Activate
the actuators (e.g., tensioners—simulated).
- Practice
control unit encoding/configuration.
