Puckle's Sweep Generator with power supply Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : SCL-EELE-12148
Indian Lab Suppliers supplies the Puckle's Sweep Generator with power supply (Product ID: 12148) as part of its electronics engineering lab equipment range. It is a training board for studying the Puckle sweep (time-base) generator, a sawtooth circuit of the kind used for oscilloscope time bases.
Quick Answer
The board has two transistors and an IC-regulated 9 V DC, 50 mA supply. Students examine how the amplitude, frequency and linearity of the output ramp can be varied. The circuit charges a timing capacitor at a nearly constant current and then discharges it quickly through a switching stage, which gives a sawtooth with a fast flyback. A VTVM, digital frequency counter and 20 MHz oscilloscope are used with it.
