This document describes a professional Diesel Fuel
Injector Nozzle Tester, a high-accuracy, manually operated tool designed
for precise testing and adjustment of diesel fuel injectors in a workshop

The tester is engineered for accuracy and durability, capable
of handling modern high-pressure nozzles:

Capability: Can test up to 400 bar pressure.

Accuracy: Features a pressure gauge with a least count (LC) of 2
bar and an accuracy of ±0.5% of Full Scale (F.S.). The reduced
total error is approximately ±2.4 bar.
- Nozzle
Compatibility: Designed for BS2, BS3 & BS4 nozzles,
and suitable for P Type, R Type & S Type nozzles.
- High-Pressure
Stability: The rigid base plate and sturdy design minimize vibration
and shudder when testing injectors with over 200 bar opening
pressure, protecting the gauge and maintaining accuracy.
- User-Friendly: A longer
and sturdier lever ensures higher pressure can be developed in one
stroke, while also making the tool user-friendly.
- Portability
& Rigidity: The base plate and plastic body provide high
rigidity and stability while keeping the weight low (Total weight: 12
kg).
Features and Components
The tester includes all necessary components for
comprehensive nozzle testing:
- Oil
Tank: Capacity of 600 ml with a 5µ filter to
prevent metal chips and burrs from blocking nozzles.
- Pressure
Gauge: Range of 0 - 400 bar (LC: 2 bar).

Outlet: Connection point for the test pressure line.
- Manual
Operating Lever: Provides a long effective stroke for
sufficient pressure buildup.
- Shut-off
Valve with Valve Spindle.
