Hydraulic Pneumatic Braking System Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : SCL-EELE-13796
This is an advanced, fully functional educational training
model (AM 011) designed to demonstrate the complex combined
hydraulic-pneumatic braking system found in a typical truck
(tractor-trailer) assembly. The model clearly displays all components and
circuits on a space-saving Wall Mount Model for comprehensive vocational
and technical instruction.
System Components and Circuits
The model integrates all elements necessary to show the
complete braking sequence, using rubber pipes of different colours to
easily distinguish the various circuits:
- Air
Generation & Control:
- Piston
Air Compressor complete with valves.
- Marelli-Triplex
Distribution Assembly (distributor with adjusting and control unit)
which manages the compressed air.
- Four
Reservoirs (Tanks): Three compressed-air tanks on the truck
(tractor) and one on the trailer.
- The
system is Automatically Re-loaded.
- Braking
Actuation:
- Pressure
Brake Booster (Pneumo-Hydraulic Brake) for power assistance.
- Hydraulic
Control Braking Element (for the truck's service
brakes).
- Servo-Auto-Distributor
Valve for the trailer's braking system.
- Coupling
and Trailer Interface:
- Complete
Truck-Trailer Coupling Joint to demonstrate the air
connection and control between the tractor and the trailer.
- Brake
Types:
- Two
Shoe-And-Drum Braking Systems: One is Hydraulically
Controlled on the Truck (service brake), and the other is Mechanically
Controlled on the Trailer (parking brake mechanism).
- Mechanical
and Air Control Braking Element for parking braking.
Educational Focus and Principles
The trainer enables students to study several complex
principles simultaneously:
- Pneumatic
Circuitry: Understanding the generation, distribution (via
the Triplex Marelli assembly), storage, and control of compressed air
across two separate vehicles.
- Power-Assistance:
Demonstrating the function of the Power-Assisted Pneumo-Hydraulic Brake
(booster) where air pressure is used to amplify the hydraulic force.
- Trailer
Control: Analyzing how the Servo-Auto-Distributor and the
coupling joint manage the trailer's brakes, including activation and
safety features.
- Component
Interaction: Tracing the signal flow from the brake pedal
through the air system and into both the truck's hydraulic brakes and the
trailer's air brakes.
