ABS/ASR Training Board Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : SCL-EELE-13750
This educational training board simulator is a fully
functional ABS/ASR electronic braking system based on Audi/VW OEM
components and featuring the functional BOSCH 5.3 ABS/ASR system (Anti-lock
Braking System / Acceleration Slip Regulation or Traction Control). It is
designed to demonstrate the combined operation, structure, and diagnostic
procedures of both braking safety and traction control systems. The trainer is
installed in a mobile aluminum frame.
Key System Features and Operational Functions
The trainer simulates the dynamic operation and control of
both braking and traction systems:
- Functional
ABS/ASR System: Equipped with a functional BOSCH 5.3 ABS/ASR
braking system, demonstrating different operation modes for preventing
both wheel lock-up (ABS) and wheel spin (ASR).
- Hydraulic
System Visualization: Includes the original hydraulic brake system.
Pressure gauges are installed to monitor the pressure in the
main brake circuit and the individual pressure of each wheel,
allowing students to see the hydraulic modulation effect during both ABS
and ASR events.
- Braking
Demonstration: Uses the brake pads of the brake drums
instead of discs to clearly demonstrate when the pressure rises and the
braking moment starts.
- Flow
Visualization: The operation of the hydraulic circuit is
shown on the stand in the pictures in different mode (e.g., normal
braking, ABS activation, ASR activation).
- Circuit
Access: An electric wiring diagram is printed on the
board with built-in banana plug jumpers for measurements and fault
simulation.
Diagnostics and Measurement Capabilities
The board is engineered for hands-on, industry-standard
diagnostics:
- Circuit
Access: Open contacts (banana connectors) allow
measuring electrical signal parameters of each system component
(sensors, solenoids, pump motor) using an Oscilloscope/Multimeter.
- Fault
Simulation: Supports fault code simulations via the
banana plug jumpers, providing realistic troubleshooting practice.
- Control
Unit Diagnosis (OBD): Diagnosis is performed through a standard OBD
16-pin diagnostic connector, enabling students to:
- Perform
Electronic Control Unit (ECU) identification.
- Read/erase
fault codes.
- Display
operating system parameters (live data), including wheel
speeds.
- Activate
the actuators (e.g., solenoids, pump motor) for testing.
