This is a comprehensive, PC-based trainer designed to
simulate and study industrial boiler drum level control and shell and
tube heat exchanger operations. The system uses industrial-grade
instruments to exhibit realistic response times and allows students to
investigate the dynamics of Type '0', '1', and '2' control systems. It
is fully instrumented for both manual and software-controlled experimentation.

studies:
- Level
Studies: Measures drum level using a Level Transmitter
(differential pressure method) in open or closed tank applications.
Includes a Drum Level Controller (Microprocessor-based,
PID/Self-Tuning).
- Shell
and Tube Heat Exchanger Studies: Consists of two main
circuits: Hot water Circuit and Cold water Circuit. This
section allows for the study of heat transfer dynamics.
