Multi Head Diaphragm Pump Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : SCL-CELE-14195
Overview
The Multi-Head Diaphragm Pump Test
Apparatus is designed to study the operation, performance, and
characteristics of a multi-head diaphragm metering pump.
This experimental setup demonstrates the precise metering and mixing of
fluids, where each pump head operates with individually adjustable
stroke lengths and controllable counter pressures.
Diaphragm pumps are widely used in process
engineering, chemical, and food industries, where leak-free
operation and precise metering are essential. The leak-free design of diaphragm
pumps ensures hygienic and contamination-free pumping, making them ideal
for high sanitation applications.
The apparatus includes three independent
pump heads, each capable of delivering controlled flow to a scaled
measuring tank. The common stroke rate of the three pump heads is
adjustable from the control panel, while the stroke length of each
individual head can be set directly on the pump.
Each head is equipped with intake and delivery pressure gauges and overflow
valves, allowing precise control of counter pressure. The unit also
includes a feed tank, three scaled tanks for volumetric
measurement, and a stopwatch for manual flow rate determination.
